Our standards
Editorial policy
Every guide should help a player complete a task. Every news item should make it clear what is confirmed, where the information came from, and when it was checked.
Sources and verification
We prioritize official game and store announcements and patch notes. At launch, we have not purchased or play-tested Hood Warfare 2; our coverage is based on the public sources linked on each page. Community posts and videos can surface useful leads, but we identify them as community reports until we can confirm the details. We link to original sources whenever possible.
Guides and updates
We separate tested steps from tips that still need checking. If a game update changes a guide, we revise the affected steps and show a meaningful update date. We do not publish invented codes, release dates, features, or fixes to fill a page.
Media and independence
We currently use original abstract artwork rather than game images. If we later add media, we will use our own screenshots and recordings or assets we have permission to use. Third-party reporting and videos are attributed and linked instead of copied. Quest Field Guide is independent and is not an official game site. Any future sponsorship or affiliate relationship will be clearly disclosed where it appears.
Corrections
Tell us what is wrong, include the page URL, and share a supporting source through ourcontact page. We review substantive reports and correct confirmed errors in the page itself.
